James created Tech Concierge for executives and business owners needing C-level executive tech service and amenities, only as a private service for themselves and their family. The personal tech platforms James creates supports your philanthropy, consulting or even your next venture, serving as a reliable foundation for you to transition from one chapter of professional life to the next.
James holds a Master of Business Administration from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California at Irvine, and was awarded "Most Innovative Thinker" by his graduating class. James also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Language and Literature.
James has served as an advisor to numerous founders and their startups, and to management teams of companies including Apple, Inc. and Sony.
James is an avid technologist and maintains a suite of certifications, including Apple Certified Support Professional, Cisco Meraki Network Associate (CMNA), Cisco Meraki Network Operator (CMNO), Google G-Suite Administrator, Network Frontiers Backup Management, Network Design and Network Management.
