Is my computer camera really off?
How do hackers target iPhones and Macs to take over your iCloud account?
Is your home network secure? How do I know? If my home network isn’t secure, what can I do about it?
These are just a few of the questions we cover in this one-on-one privacy checkup.
This private, one-on-one is taught live by James Coleman, CEO of Tech Concierge and expert in personal online privacy and digital security. Read more about James here or below. Register for this class and take it from the privacy of your home.
Why this is urgent
We’re human beings, so our brains are wired to make a fundamental mistake: We assume because horrible online breaches have only happened to others and not to us, that we’re probably safe.
Nothing is further from the truth.
The truth is, you have probably already been violated, and you just don’t know it yet.
How do I know? I learned from the world’s best cyber security experts decades ago, and I discovered for myself the very thing you are worried about right now.
Bad people count on you not learning to protect yourself.
That’s how they win, and how you lose.
Which is why it’s more important than ever to secure your online life right now, and teach you the basics to protect yourself.
Here’s what we cover in the one and a half hour lesson:
In this private lesson, you’ll learn how to check your life for online security. There’s no special tech skills required; Just bring yourself, and we’ll do the work together.
This private lesson teaches you the fundamentals of how to review your online life, from learning whether your home network is secure, to confirming your devices like your Mac and iPhone are secure and safe. In this lesson we’ll cover:
The vulnerabilities that bad people look for to get into your life. How to close the leaks and stop the threats.
How bad actors get access to your bank accounts. Its not how you think.
Why your passwords are a problem and what to do about it right now.
How hackers can destroy everything in your life (photos, documents, email, iMessage), and how to stop them
The key settings on your devices that your Apple Store allowed that give anyone your private information in public.
The top things to stop right now to protect your children’s privacy.
Who has remote access to your Mac and devices? Probably more people than you think. Stop trusting, I will show you how to verify.
What is the real, full extent of online security?
What do I not know that I need to know?Is two-factor authentication really safe? I heard bad actors use something called sim-swaps to hijack your text messages. How do I stop this?
The etiquette of privacy. What you deserve to know and what you should demand from anyone you work with, from Apple Stores to consultants and more.
How free email services sell your info and how to stop it.

The lesson is typically about 90 minutes (an hour and a half). I sometimes stay on the call longer if needed to answer every question possible.
What does the lesson cost?
A private, one-on-one individual lesson is $887, which includes the lesson, a PDF of the lesson handbook that includes everything covered in the lesson and full-HD or 4K quality video download of the lesson.
A couple’s lesson is $1574 and is for (2) participants living under the same household, which includes the lesson, a PDF handbook for every participant, and video (HD or 4K) downloads of the group lesson.
