Tech Concierge was created by James Coleman.
James Coleman holds a Master of Business Administration from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California at Irvine, where he was recognized as "Most Innovative Thinker" in his class related to technology, and entrepreneurship. James also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Japanese Language and Literature from the same alma mater.
James has served as a business advisor to Apple, Inc. and numerous other companies. He has served as a business plan judge numerous times for MBA students at UC Irvine as well for Get In The Ring in both Osaka and Tokyo, Japan. James has lectured on life and career balance and management at both the University of California and Kwansei Gakuin University in Kobe, Japan. James is an avid technologist and maintains a suite of certifications, including Apple Certified Support Professional, Cisco Meraki Network Associate (CMNA), Cisco Meraki Network Operator (CMNO), Google G-Suite Administrator, Network Frontiers Backup Management, Network Design and Network Management certifications.
